Painting condo; installing fixtures
Joshua painted my condo, including all doors, ceiling and trim, and he also moved a thermostat and at my request, hung lighting and other fixtures. He did an exquisite job with the painting, he was completely reliable and trustworthy, and he showed pride in his work. His pricing was fair and up front, and he stuck to his quotation. An issue arose in the work with my HVAC, and Joshua was able to address that and have it fixed. The work spanned over 6 days, and Joshua went out of his way to leave my home in a habitable state every evening. I found Joshua pleasant at all times, I enjoyed doing business with him, and the process was stress free for me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Joshua Painting, and would encourage others to benefit from Joshua's expertise.

- My previous condo was painted by someone with a low price quote and who painted on the side rather than for a living. You get what you pay for. There is no comparison to the professional job that Joshua Paining was able to provide in my second home. My advice would be to go with a professional painter who is experienced and demonstrates that, and not to try and cut corners unless you will be satisfied with something of poorer quality. A substandard paint job detracts from the value of your home.
