Joshua painted my condo, including all doors, ceiling and trim, and he also moved a thermostat and at my request, hung lighting and other fixtures. He did an exquisite job with the painting, he was completely reliable and trustworthy, and he showed pride in his work. His pricing was fair and up front, and he stuck to his quotation. An issue arose in the work with my HVAC, and Joshua was able to address that and have it fixed. The work spanned over 6 days, and Joshua went out of his way to leave my home in a habitable state every evening. I found Joshua pleasant at all times, I enjoyed doing business with him, and the process was stress free for me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Joshua Painting, and would encourage others to benefit from Joshua's expertise.

Century old home with high ceilings, vaulted ceilings, years of good and bad paint jobs, paint drips, bad drywalling and numerous holes in the walls.

Joshua took his time, figured out everything we wanted done, helped us with colour selection and picked up the paint for us.

Holes were patched, bad paint jobs fixed, even did some drywall patching including re-taping bad seams.

During the painting we contracted the flu and Joshua worked around us and very respectful of our need for rest.

He often did little extras and took a great deal of pride in his work. He told us at the beginning that the price he quoted us was the price and he stuck to his word.

I WILL hire Joshua again (painting the exterior) and continuously recommend his work.
