Just saw Enchanted Chimney Sweeps off and not a speck of dust or ash floating in the air above or below our Regency i2450 wood insert. We have 2 bright spot lights on the ceiling 5 feet away pointed at the stove door to help detect smoke coming into the room when reloading the fire and the ash vacuum was directly beneath the beams of the lights. They were clear from bulbs to firebox for the whole cleaning including vacuuming up 2 years and 10 face cords worth of crud several inches deep that came down the liner to the bottom of the firebox during sweeping. They answered all our questions and great communication during booking, reminders and all during the cleaning. It always puts our minds at ease to know we have a great company to call on when the time comes again.
