I am very happy with Jason and his company. I was referred to him through a co-worker to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen sink. Very professional and very reasonably priced. I could not recommend Jason enough. The best experience with a plumbing service I have ever had.

Jason and Devin arrived when expected and got right to work. They were efficient and the work area is at least as clean as before they started. All fittings, included a new inlet valve, were included. They protected the floor when hauling new and old tanks in and out of the house. I will recommend them to friends.

Hot water heater died, found Jason on the internet in Homestars. Called him and got a quick quote and a time that it could be fixed so we would not be without hot water for long. He was prompt on arrival, fast on the installation with his workmate and left the place spotless after he was done. Gave me instructions as to how to operate the new heater and left. I will use him for all future jobs as that is the kind of service I really like to have from a company or individual.

They were very accommodating to my schedule, and came and replaced my toilet in less than a half hour, and I was billed the quoted amount. The toilet he recommended works incredibly well!

Jason was great. I coordinated to have the water main shut off in the alley and Jason came over to replace the valve. He was on time and the replacement was very straightforward. He was friendly and easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. I had quotes from some of the larger firms in town which were closer to $450.

Jason from Better Way Plumbing is a very knowledgeable and provided for our needs in a prompt and efficient manor providing various services at our new home including new faucets, toilets and dishwasher install. He called me back within a few hours and the job was done before we moved in. His pricing is also very competitive. We would recommend Jason for any plumbing work.

Jason helped us determine our needs and promptly found and installed a heater that would work for us in our new home. He was able to make time to view the old water heater...and this was a bit complicated because it was in a house we didn't have possession of yet. We're really happy with their service and will continue to use them to help us with all our plumbing needs.

We needed a new hot water tank because the old one was clogged from the inside. Called a few different places and eventually decided on this one because of all the good reviews on Homestars. Jason and his colleague arrived right on time, they worked very efficiently, even with the limited space in our basement. They were both very professional but also with great sense of humor. They also clean up after themselves really well. Now we are happy to have good water pressure in the house again thanks to A Better Way Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends in the future.

After nasty leaking issue, we called A Better Way. They came out immediately, checked it out, replaced a pipe for us. Very professional, polite, and efficient. Cost came in a bit less than what they quoted us. Highly recommend.

Our old hot water tank (about 19 years old) started leaking around the base, so I knew it would be time for a new one. The problem - this happened following the floods in Calgary - so new hot water tanks might have been a hot item in town. Jason called me within an hour of me filling out the request on their website, and was at my house by 3pm that same day installing a new tank. I was impressed with the fast, friendly service... And the price seemed pretty fair compared to a couple of quotes that came in after Jason already completed the work. I would definitely contact these guys again, they have earned my trust!
