I am satisfied with the service I received with Plan it Builders. Our project manager John Paul was very effective, a good communicator and good at keeping the job on schedule despite having difficult trades to deal with.
Only downfall was the early design. They told us they build tons of bars in the basement. Since we wanted something fairly standard they drafted us up what it was. But their standard had very short cabinets. On paper it looked fine but installed and in full view with bar installed - it looked stupid. We ended up having the cabinets redone. Being inexperienced in reading drawingsome I feel like they should have done a better job in showing us various cabinet heights and their prices than just throwing one drawing at us and asking "good"?
But craftsmanship and project was well done and I'm happy and would recommend them.
