One morning, we awoke to hear noises in our furnace room. After some searching, we discovered we had a woodpecker in our ducts! (Apparently, these are very small birds and do this more often!)
We called Paul--whom we have used earlier--and he came an hour or two later, opened up our ducts and cleaned it all out. No more woodpecker! He even vacuumed out our furnace and replaced our filter.
We are VERY pleased with Paul's service. Friendly, quick, responsive. What more could you ask for? We will certainly keep using him for future duct cleaning issues.

Hey Margaret, pleasure serving you again. I wish we could have found Woody in the vents, I used to watch his show when I was a kid so I was hoping for an autograph, maybe next time LOL. None the less, I am glad that we got the exhaust all cleaned out, especially important if there was a nest in there to block the exhaust gases, that would not be good.
