Inspection of ducts and Filter Change
Paul Hannah and Steve showed up ahead of schedule (great!) They inspected the ductwork, furnace, humidity pad and HVAC filter. They said that given that there was very little dust in the return a duct cleaning would not be necessary at this time. They did a courtesy clean with their powerful vacuum and were nice enough to even vacuum under my washer/dryer. They replaced the humidity pad, installed a liftime filter at a very competitive price and I was so impressed with them that I hired them for a maintenance plan for the filter. Overall they were efficient, informative and rarest of all honest. Will definitely be using their services again.

Hi Roxanne, it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. Getting the job done is important, when needed, and this time around, there wasn't really any urgency to do a job, with only very minimal accumulation in the ductwork. Keeping the system maintained in regards to filters is very important, and I am looking forward to doing so each year. I have supplied one of my filters (as they are a high efficiency Electrostatic Filter) and will be maintaining them quarterly. These are upgraded in replacement of a 1" disposable filter incase people are wondering.
