We chose Paul because of all of the reviews posted here, his were the most "personal" and spoke highly of his character. Needless to say, all of it is true. A very personable guy, did not hesitate to provide explanations over and beyond the usual. Extremely thorough and threw in some extras for no charge, as he has for some other reviewers.
