Matt and Johney came to do the duct cleaning. They were on time, efficient and professional. They were a bit late (crazy morning traffic) at the end he explained to me what they did and how the billing worked. if anything, I would have appreciated the before and after pictures of ducts as seeing is believing.

I am a little concerned that nobody showed you the completed project so you can see first hand everything was cleaned out, because we do have cameras and like to interact with our customers with the process being done.
