We were hesitant to hire movers due to cost and all the horror stories, but hiring Agility movers was the best decision we made for our move. The booking process was easy and we didn't even have to give a deposit like some companies. I called a couple days before and confirmed our move with no issues. I also got the company to confirm that they wouldn't take any payment until the last piece of furniture was in the house, which they gladly did, and confirmed in writing. Again, very different from some larger companies who require some payment before they will move any of your furniture into the new location. Robert, Phil and Shawn called me on their way to the house on the morning of the move and arrived early enough to position the truck, place the runners, and take us through the contract details. They were professional, polite and efficient. All items were either shrink-wrapped or wrapped in blankets and nothing was damaged in the move. They even finished within the minimum amount of time. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, skilled and reasonably priced movers!
