These guys knew what they were doing and had there ppe for covid also took away the old door and cleaned up there mess I highly recommend ecoline windows 10 STAR JOB

I replaced windows and a sliding door in two condo units.

The only downside is that they took longer to get installed than we had hoped but this is the age of COVID! The windows are great, we are already noticing a difference in the warmth of our condo. The entire process from quote to install was extremely professional and helpful. We had gone to a number of different companies for quotes and while this was not the cheapest it was by far the most complete with the salesman making suggestions that have greatly enhanced the look and functionality of the windows. The installation went very well. They took their time to show us how the windows worked, they answered all the questions we had and did not leave until we were happy!

I have no reservations in recommending them.

Ecoline Windows and doors.

I am a recent customer of Ecoline windows. Our windows were installed Dec 8-9 2020. We were originally booked to have our windows and doors installed this summer but due to Covid-19 there were some delays. I called late November to find out the status of our installation. The office staff were very helpful and as we had a warm snap it was favourable to have the delay til this past week as the weather has been above average. The office confirmed the installation date of December 8-9 2020 ( Tuesday and Wednesday). I called on Monday December 7 to confirm.

Yuri and Stephan arrived as scheduled. They had an arrival time of 9-11. They arrived day one at 9 sharp and day two 8:30 ish.

Day 1: Stephan and Yuri entered the premises and went about scoping the work site. We were informed to have the work site prepared for the installation. We moved furniture and shovelled snow in order to make the work site safe for the workers. The boys were very respectful and polite. They lay down tarps to keep the mess localized. They did an excellent job of leaving the work site near and tidy and all refuse swept up and removed. All that was left to do was sweep wash floors and replace furniture and tool boxes in the garage.
Day 2: Stephan arrived as planned to complete most of the finishing touches.

I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of the windows and doors. We had 3 windows replaced in the garage and home. We also had a door installed in the garage and home.

The windows arrived as originally ordered.

Yuri and Stephan installed and trimmed the windows and doors with a professional manner. They took pride and care in the entire installation process. I was very satisfied. If I had a question they were very confident in their reply. All my inquiries were answered in a professional manner.

I can’t thank the boys enough for such a job well done. I am entirely satisfied. I spoke to the office the following day and there is a small adjustment that needs to be made to the door on the home. We are giving it a day or so before we put in a service request. The office was very compliant at my request.

The crew from Econoline Windows installed a new front door in our house. They showed up when they said they would, the product ordered was as we requested, they finished the job quickly, everything worked like it should and they cleaned up after the job was completed. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the job. Thanks.

Ecoline was amazing. The assessment and estimate came in very quickly, and they helped walk us through the rebate process to make it as cost effective as possible. They delivered on schedule, and never over promised which I appreciated. And the attention to detail by the installation team was flawless. They took extra care to ensure that all the finishing touches were perfect, and cleaned up as if they weren’t there (we volunteered to vacuum).

Salesman was very informative and prompt. The installers were very efficient and clean up was done after work every day . When the installer did the garage window he went above and beyond to finish the window inside as the garage wasn’t finished .

I've had two windows, a sliding patio door, and just this week two exterior doors replaced by Ecoline Windows. Their service hasalways been fantastic, and both their consultants and installers have been curteous, knowlegable, and all around professional. Our door installers were Nikoli and Michael; they did a fantastic job, and we couldnt be happier with our new doors, which have made our home noticeably warmer.

I recently had Ecoline Windows replace windows in my 100 year old character home. (I had them do half last year, and the other half this year) I was very concerned about keeping the 'look' of the house and not damaging any of the original wood trim. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that I was ordering exactly what I had in mind for the project. He clearly explained my options, as well as the pros and cons of the different products. They kept me updated on the project and installation through the covid delays. The installers were friendly, punctual, and left no mess behind. The office staff called regularly to make sure there were no issues.

I am beyond happy with their service. The end product is exactly what I wanted and the prices very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

The installation was done in time, clean up was good, sales office was quick with communication and very happy with the product. Sales representative was very professional and productive. Recommend all.

I live in an older home (70 yrs) and wanted my static main front window replaced with one that opened for better ventilation. It is a typical ¼ , ½, ¼ structured window with the complicating factor of an aluminum awning over the window with support arms attached to the original wooden frames. The idea was to replace the window in sections, leaving the wood frames and the awning in place. This was not going to be a standard insert. Ali and his assistant persevered, and in the end the leaving the wood frame would not work, as the awning arms prevented the side vent window from cranking open. Ali did not give up, he reattached the support arms to the side sashes and resolved the issue, which included total removal of the old wood frame. I am very satisfied with the window (quality) and the quality of the install. Ali ensured the original interior moldings (3 1/2 inch flat mount moldings) were reattached. The finished product is very satisfactory, and I am grateful for the thoughtful work Ali undertook. It took problem solving to complete this job and I am grateful that Ecoline’s installers have the ability to apply their critical thinking skills to get the job done.
