My living room window and kitchen window needed replacement badly, I saw about Eco-Line at Costco and decided to give them a try. I was pleased with the knowledge of the salesperson who gave me an estimate and even more please with the installers. They were polite, efficient and left the areas clean and free from debris. I would go back to Eco-Line in the future.

Absolutely professional and excellent quality. The windows are clean and modern and so smooth to open and close. Since installation our furnace barely kicks in. The house stays cool in the summer as well. The installers were curteous and fast. Ecoline guided us through the grant process and checked on our satisfaction throughout the project. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered windows and doors for full replacement for my house in July - i was told they would be able to install in 2 months. it is now 3 months later and they are giving me a potential earliest date of yet another 6 weeks!!!!

We were a bit worried how this would all work out but we were pleasantly surprised how everything worked out perfectly! Every layer of the process was impressive; from the professional sales rep coming out to knowledgeably answer all our questions, explain the process, highlight potential issues and provide samples of the product quality, to the gentlemen who then came out and carefully measured everything with such precision, and finally to the 3 installers that were respectful, clean and amazingly knowledgeable in installing our two windows. It will be interesting to see how the windows fair over the winter. If so, we will be hiring them again for additional work! One recommendation to the company is that they should hire additional staff in customer service to deal with the high volume of installations.

Oleg, his crew and Costco exceeded our expectations for our window and door installation. Measurements were taken 3 or 4 times (by different people), windows fit perfectly, arrived when expected/scheduled, installers were on time, neat, efficient, and polite. Communication was excellent, price was very fair. Windows come with 25 year warranty so we will continue to monitor and hopefully, not need any warranty claims. Thanks Oleg.
