Ecoline Windows

From start to finish the folks at Ecoline were professional, knew what they were talking about, and helped me through the process of selecting new windows for my home that met my needs. Communication throughout the process was good, I was never left wondering what comes next. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and went to work. The installation was extremely well done, old windows and waste were removed and I was left with 6 beautiful new triple pane windows. This experience exceeded my expectations and I will be ordering another 7 windows to complete the renovation of my home. Thank you Ecoline for restoring my faith in companies having excellent business practices and the personnel that demonstrate those practices in all they do. Folks like you are few and far between - I am overjoyed to have found you. Everyone that comes to my home mentions the new windows. I make sure they know Ecoline made it happen for my family. The price, quality and service were all good. The delivery and installation was delayed about two months, apparently due to the bad winter weather in Ontario. Having prepaid for the job, and not hearing from Ecoline during the wait, I was concerned, but I needn't have been. When the windows arrived, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were, to a man, friendly and professional. I am well pleased and will eventually replace ALL of the windows in my house using Ecoline.

I received three other quotes from other companies but Ecoline gave me the best price. They also did a great job installing the windows.
One of the windows would open the other way; I talked to their manager and he took the window price off. He even offered replacing that window but since the location was not critical, we said it is Ok.
Overall we had a good experience with them.

In the spring of 2013 we had Ecoline come in with an estimate for 6 windows. Installation team were great. After only 6 months with this excellent product we decided to not wait and completed the rest of our house in the fall. (6 more windows) Once again installation project was handled very well from top to bottom. Ecolinewindows .I called for a cost and to have a rep come in to measure & see their product.A rep came in and measured & showed what type of windows we could order.We chose 3 windows and we're given a price.We ordered them & were given a date for installation.Everybody involved were polite and new there job.We were called and told they could install them Dec18,the installers arrived on time and installed the 3 widows.The workman ship was excellent.When completed they did a clean up.We were showed how to operate the windows .An inspector came after installation was competed.He checked the installation & operation of the 3 widows,also took pictures. Explained about the warranty .I would recommend Ecolinewindows to anybody ready to change their windows.

The installers arrived just before 9 AM and completed installation by 1 PM. They worked quietly and efficiently and were professional and courteous. The supervisor arrived about 12:30 PM and demonstrated opening, closing, locking, cleaning of new windows. I have very bad arthritis and have been unable to open old windows for years. It will be nice to have some fresh air in the house now. My son also was impressed by the new windows. The only issue I have is that our name on the paperwork is the worst misspelling of it I have ever seen, and it's a fairly simple name which I spelled out when I called to pin down a date for the job. However, the 2 credit card payments were successfully completed. I plan to have new windows installed in the lower level of the house in a couple of years.

We replaced 2 large windows in our bedroom that were old and drafty. Within 1 day we noticed that it was warmer and the installation process was easy as they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. We are replacing more windows in spring and will use this company again.

The salesman was very knowledgable and gave us the best price. The windows were delivered on time. The installers were very courteous and professional. They demonstrated the new windows after installation. They respected our home, cleaned up after themselves, job well done! We will definitely hire Eco Line Windows and Doors again and refer to others.
