From the beginning of our contact with Alex and his team working with Ecoline to get our windows replaced has been a positive and hassle free experience.
Having a newborn at home and getting new windows installed, during a pandemic, was an adventure.
The sales representative was unobtrusive, informative, knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He never pushed us, and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a good price, and they helped steer us in the right direction with the government rebate program!
When the Alex’s crew showed up they worked efficiently, cleanly and safely. The entire crew was respectful of our home, our request to take precautions for our infant, and ourselves. We were surprised when extra crew showed up at the end of the day to power through the last three windows.
They came back in full force the next day to finish the trim, and complete the job. Even touching up the exterior paint on our home where they had been working.
This has been the most enjoyable experience with contractors my family has had. They always had a smile for our babe and even softly sang lullabies when they knew babe could hear them.
We are happy! And we have quality windows installed with solid workmanship. Thank you!
