Installation

The installers were polite but did sloppy work. First day they got rained out. 3 different teams of installers, we paid for (up front). They did such a sloppy job installing the plastic trim and tried to correct it by putting gobs of filler which looked terrible. Next we told the only way to fix the trim problem was to use MDF wood trim. That was a definite NO, we paid for plastic trim. After many calls to EcoLine with with no response we finally called Carlos who was our first the man that took our order he came out, looked at the problem, took pictures and took them back to management. A different size was found and used. Portions of the wall were damaged, which we had to repair and paint ourselves. Overall we are happy with the quality of the windows, but unhappy with install process. We heard from the installers about the lack of communication within the Company. Never did the Company call after the installation to see if we were happy or if there was anything more they could do. This Company asks for a deposit and the balance must be paid in FULL before installation begins. I would suggest that if you use this company when you sign the contract that you put in a clause holding back say 10 percent until you are happy with the job. Would we recommend EcoLine to our friends or family. NOT LIKELY.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Since the installation could not happen the first day because of heavy rain, we had to reschedule.

Once the main part of the job was completed, your project coordinator Natalia gave you a call on June 2nd to collect all information and to address your concerns. She also gave you her email and kindly asked you to let her know directly if any further problems occur, therefore we were surprised to read that you never received the call, even though we have all the notes on your file.
