From quote to finished EXCELLENT customer service throughout project. We had 28 windows replaced two weeks ago. One crew member was absent due to family situation for two days, rest of the crew stepped up and completed the job in a timely fashion. Friendly and professional. They even vacuumed our dirty carpets (still renovating other projects) when told it was fine the way it was. They took great care in maneuvering our Mother’s wheelchair lift as well. Thank you gentlemen. Love the convenience of how the windows open so you can clean the inside. In future will use again if needed for future homes. Would recommend to EVERYONE
