Was very pleased to have Antoine evaluate 30 yo skylight to figure out why it leaked under certain conditions - in particular heavy rain combined with wind. Am not fond of heights so did not go on roof with Antoine to get direct viewing of probable issue - instead looking at videos taken on his phone. He provided good description of skylight condition and offered a probable fix requiring 10-15 minutes of effort and then went ahead and performed. He provided a silicone layer across front of the air vent and re-crimped the metal cladding surround. I’m very appreciative of his efforts and candour - because condition is not a regular occurrence with rain I might not know success of his initiatives until we are leafless for years.
I would recommend Done Right to others for repair and/or roof replaces. My experience was very positive.
