Darcy, the sales rep, was fantastic. Very, friendly, attentive and helpful without being pushy or smarmy. Good communication from Admin staff on project delays (due to weather/crew availability).
I love that they only use their own employees - no subcontractors.
The roof was completed in timeframe specified and within $100 of quote (we needed a few extra sheets of plywood due to rot they discovered).
The only reason I'm not giving them a 10 was that at the end of Day 1, they did not clean up well. There were cigarette butts, material packaging and coffee cups left strewn around my yard. There was also one worker who did a lot of spitting around my property, but I think he was getting over a cold (still, a little gross). They cleaned up very well the following day.
The finished product looks beautiful, the warranty certificate came promptly in the mail, and we were very satisfied with the price.
