A&A Masonry

A&A were quick to reply and schedule a site visit. We were not planning on having to replace an entire brick column the spring of 2016 but after discovering how badly deteriorated it was due to continued exposure to water along its base we began to call around for some quotes. A&A responded quickly and provided a very thorough explanation of the work to be performed as well as some pointers and information about other areas of our house. You could tell that they were knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

The demo was completed so cleanly and efficiently that you never would have known they were there (except for the missing brick column). We did not make it very easy for them since we have a neighbour who would not let the crew even set a hand tool down on her lawn - dropping a bin on our lawn (and straddling hers) was out of the question. Load by load of bricks and debris were brought down to the street to the truck.

The finished column is a beauty. Very well done and the bricks match the existing façade and the other column extremely well. Not often do you want a job completed that it doesn't look brand spanking new - but in this case you kind of don't want one column not matching the other.

I would not hesitate for a second to call A&A for any other masonry work we might require.
