We called A&A Masonry after we noticed water on the basement floor during the 2 warm days, mid-January, due to exterior an thaw. Bill immediately contacted us, came by the house, assessed the source of the water, estimated the job and provided outstanding customer service. He personally prepped the worksite with meticulous care and cleanliness. He answered all questions with professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. Dominic and his men dug the trench and installed the sump. He too exhibited courtesy and professionalism and worked well into the evening to get the job done. We are very pleased with the job to date, although it has only been 3 weeks since installation. We also received a 25 year guarantee on the job.
