Thanks to the reviews on this site, we hired A&A Masonry to do all the brickwork needed on our newly purchased home. We found the sales rep, Brad, to be really personable and great at explaining the work needed. He also gave a detailed quote. The crew who came did excellent work. The two reasons I'm giving a nine rather than a ten are concerning scheduling and clean-up. I had initially spoken to Andy who said he'd be back in touch around scheduling. A couple of days later he called me at 7 p.m. one evening, saying the crew would be at our house the next morning. ?! It was too short-notice and we finally agreed on the day after. As for cleanup, the crew knew we were getting our patio stones re-laid and I was fine with them not doing a thorough clean of the patio. They also had to avoid some areas that they had parged. But the areas they could have cleaned up, were left quite dusty, with mortar debris. However, overall, I would still recommend A&A Masonry.

Sorry I upset you with fast scheduling. My experience has been that most people are pleasantly surprised with how quick we are to arrive.
The crew who left the mess will be disciplined. And they will come back to do any necessary cleaning. We do not tolerate poor cleanup!--Andy
