If there was a higher rating than 10 then that is what I would have given Paul and his crew. He is an absolute artist when it comes to framing. The attention to detail was amazing. Very timely, he committed to starting at 8am on a certain day and finishing in two days and he certainly did finish on the committed day.
In addition I had to get Paul back to brace the frame as some of my studs had started to turn and Paul had his guy back at my home to add blocking within a week of my email to him regarding this concern. This is absolutely unheard of and extremely impressive customer service. Simply amazing and this is what I would define as absolute satisfaction.
