We bought from PL Skylights, 2 fixed skylights. This was a new install and we were worried as it is above our stairwell (high ceilings). Nevertheless, their crew was awesome, very nice, professional and to my surprise, very fast. The skylights look beautiful and overall it has been a great experience.
PS. The cost was very reasonable
