We were very impressed with Graham's professionalism. Graham arrived within 4 hours of our emergency call. He was very appreciative of all the work we had done to prepare for his arrival. The installation took less than 30 minutes. We mentioned some renos we wanted to do and Graham look the time to show pictures of his company's reno work and was more than willing to give us a verbal estimate. We very impressed and would recommend Urban Piping.
