Weve been customers of Pritchards long before our move to Cobourg . But these past 3 yrs , Jon took us under his wing and has taken very good care of our furnace. He thoroughly explains everything to us, so that we understand our heating/cooling system and how it should be operating. Onsite as scheduled. Reviewed plan and price for service. Advised that burners needed replacing (after determining that cleaning would not last long).

John arrived at the arranged time and performed a thorough analysis of the system keeping us informed of all the elements. He even took time to explain ratings on furnace filters. Clean, amiable, efficient and attentive. Could not ask for more.

Nathan was very friendly and knowledgable. Gave us lots of options as to how to fix the situation and didn't just automatically give us the most expensive. A pleasure to have him working in our home

Tim & Josh were very thorough, did excellent work, answered all my questions explained how thermostat and new humidifier operated.
