Fabulous company. I cannot speak too highly of them. Eric, their advance guy, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. He spent a long time reviewing my existing heating system, assessing how the heat pump would integrate with my furnace, ducts, outdoor space, etc. He then spent as long as I needed to understand the options available.
The install itself was incredibly smooth and trouble free.
My subsequent call to the company over a minor point was fielded with good humour and kindness. Every effort was made to obtain the necessary information to answer my query,
These guys are great. You should put them at the very top of your list if you are researching HVAC options
