My 18 year old furnace broke one week after the Dec 2013 icestorm. Virtually all residential HVAC companies were busy at the time and didn't even bother to return my call, except for Aplus Air Systems. They quoted me a new furnace at a great price over the phone, and sent a representative to my home that evening to sign the contract. Their crew came the very next morning at 8:00am to install a new furnace. At -20C with no heat, such fast service was highly appreciated. Although the new furnace worked perfectly when their service crew left, for some unforseen circumstance it stopped working that morning at 2:00am! I texted their service manager at 6:00am and he immediately got back to me stating that they will sent a repair guy in a few hours to fix it up. Apparently there was a condensation issue with the exhaust pipe from the new furnace in which their repair guy replaced immediately that morning at no additional cost. I could not be happier with this company's fast and attentive service. When an employee immediately responses back to a customer emergency text message at 6:00am, you know they truly care about the quality and reputation of their company.
