DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
They installed an upstairs air con unit. The installers didn't really seem to know what they were doing, and they put a hole in the wall below the unit. They also didn't install correctly, so the wall is now showing water damage and mold. They refuse to return phone calls or make any attempt to fix the problem. They have acted with a complete lack of integrity and in my opinion are a shonky outfit out for the quick buck.

It is unfortunate to hear about the damage after using the air condition for 2 seasons. We would like to come back to assess the installation and we are willing to fix the issue as early as possible. We tried to contact you on the phone in our file and even send a representative to your home thinking to meet you, but could not meet you. Any damages caused by our installation can be covered by our insurance; all we need is call back from you. A Plus Air Systems is in HVAC business for the last 23 years, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority we will go any length to resolve an issue to make a customer happy where cost is not a factor to us. We hope and wish Mr. Lyle Palmer will contact us soon and resolve the issue.
