From my initial phone call to Mike to the final installation, everything was delivered as promised. There are a `dime a dozen' of window covering companies that all claim to deliver "on-time" and "quality" products. We can speak from experience, we have been misinformed and have been "screwed" once before. Sales people will sell you everything from the moon and back but can they deliver? In this case, yes. Mike delivered everything he promised.
Mike delivered all of our custom shutters as specified, in the time-frame mutually agreed upon and installed it all within a heart-beat. We are so pleased! The house looks amazing. We have ordered more just to complete the rest of the house!
