I contacted Mr. Slater after normal working hours. He was busy on another job, but promised to check my problem later. His work finished quite late but he did keep his promise. He understood the subject thoroughly. Discovered the fault and repaired it and everything was done as if it was the first job, fresh in the morning. A professional in every way.
