I had water seeping throuth the foundations after major storms in Toronto. I called MMT and Mario came by to assess the situation. He covered two options and outline the advantages and disadvantages of each. We decided to repair the outside wall. The crew came the following month. They were able to remove the patio stone, hand excavate the area, repair and treat the wall, replace the weeping tile, and backfill the area and place the patio stone all in one day. The work area was left clean and neat.
