Mario had his crew come in between April 23 2012 to April 28, 2012. Mario at MMT was very professional and honest when he came to my property to provide me with a quote. He took his time to examine all the walls to see if there was any moisture. I also remember Mario getting on his hands and knees on my dirty floor to remove the nose from the baseboard to see if there was any molding. He did not try to over sell or pressure me either - I would have known because I already knew which walls were damaged based on my previous observations, knowledge and other quotes I received from other contractors. Overall, a wonderful job! There was also no damage to any landscape as well. The perimeter of the house was also cleaned up completely.
