We had what we initially thought would be a minor waterproofing job that, upon investigation, required more extensive work. We were very impressed with Pavel, who gave us a quote on the spot and said that the work would be finished in three days. The job was completed in two and a half-days, which we appreciated. Pavel and his hard-working crew were punctual, polite and dependable. We were pleased by the quality of the work and considered the price to be reasonable. Moreover, the meticulous clean-up that the crew did after the waterproofing work was completed really took the stress out of things for us. This was a "class act" from start to finish and we would certainly use the company for any other projects.

Thank you Anne, seems like Pavel is going to be a winner for the year (all techs are in a competition to get a March vacation bonus in a Caribbean) :) To be serious, we really appreciate your feedback and your opinion is like fresh drop of water in a desert, crews work every day the same routine (which is good -makes them extremely experience), and sometime they need this "friendly kick" to smile in the morning, get positive "ions" to present "right chemistry reaction" (job, attitude, service) at every house! Your review makes Pavel smile, I saw him reading in a kitchen in the office with coffee and cake (they all like sweet pastry even when they grow up and become mature man :) And by the way - cleaning is the last things to do, but it is first impression you get when you go to any friend house. We work not only underground; we do WORK on your feelings. Service is very complicated science, and we try to keep working on qualification in this science every day! Thank to you and your family to hold you reaction when you saw huge piles of soil excavated, tones of tarps, plastic, you are very patient and we appreciate this.
