The greatest frustration with this company is that he repair was not done properly the first time which caused way more damage to the interior of our home. You would think that this sort of error would put you on a priority to list to make it right. Not so. Call after call, we tried to explain that things were way worse after the initial repair, but it took the company 3 months to finally come back. All fixed now, but we still have splatters of roofing material all over our windows upstairs.
I will say that the people we dealt with were professional and generally nice folks, so I do feel a bit bad writing a bad review, but I would suggest, especially with a flat roof, that you shop around for expertise.

Hi There... We appreciate your frustration and your wanting to write about your experience. However, some important details have been omitted that make the entire matter clear. The original work was suggested in an attempt for you NOT to have to replace the entire roof and be subjected to the costs associated. However, the roof ultimately needed replacing in its entirety. Because of this, you were credited the entire amount of the roof work from the original repair toward the replacement of the entire roof, plus additional discounts. You have intimated that we ignored you or delayed our eventual return to your property to replace the roof. However, there were months of back and forth and negotiation on how to move forward that caused the delay. By the time we agreed on a path forward, it was only 4 weeks until we were able to attend your property... a more than reasonable turn around in the middle of the summer. Through all of this, we do appreciate your mentioning our professionalism. However, your commentary regarding our flat roofing expertise is baseless and completely unfounded as evidenced by the tens of thousands of clients that we have serviced to complete satisfaction.
