Maintenance/Re-sealing and re-installing flashing
We had just moved into a house that was a flip. Our home inspector (and our neighbours!) mentioned that roof didn't look so professionally done. As soon as the weather got good I called Mr. Roof. That very same day they had someone come out and do some basic maintenance. But that was just the start! They noticed a real need to reseal and re-install flashing or else my brand new roof could start to leak in 3-6 months! Again Mr. Roof had someone out there the very next day. Through the whole process I received photos and constant contact with Michael who explained everything to me. And 50% of the cost of the maintenance work went towards the cost of the additional work.
I highly recommend Mr. Roof...as well as recommending doing a yearly maintenance check on your roof. It will save you big bucks down the line!

It looks like you have been blessed with good neighbours and you are so right, when people over look the smaller repairs they end up turning into "costly" major repairs, it’s like a run in nylons "a pot-hole in the road" once it starts to go, before you know it you need to replace the whole thing...
