My roof was leaking at several spot want someone soon to come out and look. Most roofing company are too busy for small repairs, so I called MrRoofRepair base on Homestar reviews to come out and check out the issue and do the repair. They were very accommodating, came in the morning as promised. They did everything as advertised, check the roof, made the necessary repair, provide a thorough review of my roof's condition, fix other area of the roof that I was not even aware had problems. All the communication, invoicing and follow-up were done via email which was very convenient for me. They provide a link of the photos via email for my roof, repairs made and problem areas which was extremely valuable to have access to. Unfortunately for me, base on their accessment, the photos and recommendation, I will need a new roof very soon. But the fact that they are a repair company only made me feel a lot more comfortable that their recommendation is base on my house's real needs and not so they can get my roof replacement business.
