Our roof lost quite a few shingles this past winter and needed repairs. The assessment/estimate was quite detailed including pictures. The cost of the assessment is being deducted from the cost of repairs. I was impressed with their report and professionalism. We are now waiting for Mr. Roof to proceed with the work required.
