I called them to fix a leaky roof and took the plunge for the $385 charge as I just wanted to get the probelm resolved asap. Turns out their opinion was that my roof needed to be replaced and not fixed. While I wasn't pleased with the outcome, I was pleased with the fact that that they had the integrity to only charge me $75 (vs $385). They are very responsive and upfront. My only criticism is their turnaround time to get the inspection report back.

Thanks for your recent review. Many companies would have attempted a repair and would have been ineffective based on the poor condition of the roof in your case which had previous patch work attempted and now needs complete replacement. I noticed you mentioned you were disappointed in our report turn around time which shocked me as stated in the service agreement it is sent to the customer within 24-48 hrs and if on a Friday may be sent Monday. Prior to that we have the repair specialist call you as he did to discuss his findings with you until the report can be composed and uploaded. The service call visit was performed on March 15th and report emailed to you on March 17th (a SUNDAY) within the time line promised in the service agreement.
Not sure of your experience with other roofing companies but 99.9% do not take pics or send a report. On the odd occasion the report ends up in spam mail and if for some reason you did not receive the report that may have happened but we were never notified as we are very prompt on sending them as is our entire service model from initial call through to service completion. Hope that helps clarify things as we are very detailed with respect to the customer service experience.
