There was a slow drip in the ceiling of the stairs after a rain storm and I wanted it repaired quick to avoid any potential damage. I emailed Mr. Roof Repair and they responded almost immediately. The email exchanges were prompt and Michael was very patient with my many questions.
The work was top notch and done very quickly, before and after photos were taken and a detailed report was emailed to me by the next day outlining what was done. The flashing was not done properly and there was a hornet's nest in there as well. While up there, the roofer found a couple of other problems with another piece of flashing and the chimney which he came to repair another day. He mentioned that whoever did the roof did a really bad job and it most likely will last half as long as the supposed 25 years.
I didn't have to be home for the 2nd visit and this was good and bad as I didn't have to take time off work but wanted to be there to ask him some more questions.
I didn't get a chance to go up into the attic yet to check for leaks but I'm sure it's fine. I also appreciated the follow up call they did. I would definitely recommend them: fast, friendly and thorough service!!
