We hired Public Plumbing, specifically Andy's crew, to do a complete bathroom gut. From the time they showed up to provide a quote, we were very impressed with the professionalism. They were on time and cleaned up the area at the end of every day.

If you're concerned about hiring them for a full renovation rather than just plumbing work, don't be. As you can see from the pictures, they're great at doing renovations as well. Would definitely hire them for another bathroom reno in the future!

I was quite pleased to have selected the right company for the job to unclog a drain in my basement. Without much prior knowledge in this matter, I called the city and Public Plumbing to determine who was the appropriate person for this project. I decided to go with Mike at Public Plumbing. The services was similar but Mike was able to carry out the work with less mess and less money and respected my home by wearing booties over his shoes! He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and straightforward with his opinion and offered helpful advice. It's hard to know which trade to trust nowadays, so taking pride in your work and building a good reputation is priceless.

I called Public Plumbing to repair a non-working faucet and a leaky shower. Nick came to handle the job and was amazing: professional, courteous, and fixed everything that same day. I will ask for Nick for my future plumbing needs.

My shower wasnt working and I needed repair quickly. When I called, they sent someone immediately. They are the best. Fast, efficient and clean. I am very pleased with their service.

Our basement bathroom had been done very cheaply by previous owners. So needed to be up-graded. We got 3 quotes. Andy was by far the most knowledgeable - talked about the type of walls needed to withstand the high humidity and how to enclose the stack and still accommodate the tub - removing the shower stall and putting in a full tub. The price was also competative so they got the job. They scheduled the work to accommodate all the family - especially those living in the basement. Whenever they came they put down drop clothes to keep the floors clean, but best - they always arrived when they said they were coming and the job was completed when they said it would be. Andy came a few days later to see if we were satisfied - and we sure are. A job well done, We highly recommend Andy and Public Plumbing to repair, replace and install anything to do with household plumbing.

The drain baskets in the double, stainless steel kitchen sink at my father's house was leaking. When I called the receptionist was extremely very helpful; booked Naz to come out and assess the problem. The pricing we felt was honest. Naz and his team completed the job in 2 hours replacing the drain baskets, pipes and faucet with minimum interruption to our day. They were polite, efficient and very tidy.Many thanks, to Naz and your team.

We woke up on a Saturday to the smell of sewage in our basement. We narrowly missed a flood, thanks to Public Plumbing. They sent Mike Dunn to our home immediately. Mike explained the problem and also explained that we would need to dig into our ground to see what was going on. He could not promise what we would find but offered his best guess based on his experience -- a collapsed trap. He was right. The crew was efficient, polite and hard-working. By Monday, they had dug up our driveway, removed the trap and replaced the pipe. This work was done over one year ago. We have had no problems since that time. I give Mike and Public Plumbing my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend them - particularly Andy and his team. They're very clean, meticulous and detailed with their craft. They deliver what they promise. The only surprise is good quality honest workmanship.
We had an unnoticeable leak for quite sometime. Water slowly found its way into the garage ceiling and that's how we figured we needed help.
We tried a few plumbers for estimates and to get a feel as to what we're dealing with; and of course, we thought that Andy from Public Plumbing came across very knowledgable and confident.
Andy and his team fixed the shower plumbing drain, tiles, liners, de-assembled and re-assembled the glass shower door perfectly, and sealed everything. My wife couldn't believe how clean these guys were. Then into the garage, fixing the insulation, and ceiling drywall that was completely ruined with the water leak, again much better than I thought, and very clean.

Nick responded our call promptly even it's a cold Saturday morning in December, he did a great job fixing our clogged kitchen sink, we are very happy about his work.

We were referred to Naz and his crew by our neighbours, after our basement had flooded from the July storms. Not only was Naz available on short notice, but he was knowledgable, took his time reviewing our options, and made sure we got the best, and most cost effective service! When he and his crew arrived to start the job, they were extremely clean and professional, and left everything spotless when they left.
