The whole experience with this company was great. The office manager Anela was very polite and helpful. I'm not a fan of the company charging a fee just to come out and get an estimate, however, if you use them that fee goes towards your bill. Paul the plumber was incredibly helpful. Had me do some trouble shooting myself which saved a couple hundred dollars. While he was here he clearly explained everything and showed me everything that was problematic with our plumbing. He answered all the questions I had. I really appreciate people who take the time to explain things to me. A couple of new issues popped up buy they're not critical yet and Paul was understanding of our budget so when we do get those things fixed we will definitely call on Paul at public plumbers.
