Drainage issues in our basement

Aaron has been to our house twice now, once to install a new sump pump and just recently, to Jett our drainage lines. We found him to be very thorough and detail oriented. He explained the whole process to us and was completely up front about pricing and what the work entailed. I would absolutely recommend him and Mr. Rooter overall, to friends and family!

Sump Pump

Waterproofing review in Quinte West

Our basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump.
Emailed many companies.

Basement roof leakage

Very honest and hard working individuals. I found out about my basement leakage after I came back from work on Friday. I called this company and their plumber came out on Friday (same day) and the work was done in approximately 1 hour. Back to my normal life in one hour. Can't ask for any better service. 10/10
