Great work, quick response time and was super friendly. Took time to tell me what was going on every step of the way and was able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it.

Chris was very professional. He called the manufacturer directly to ensure the repairs were completed to the company’s standard. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company.

Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the situation at hand. He asked me the right questions and came up with a reason as to why the leak happened and quickly hw to fix it. He waled me through the repairs needed, and also had concerns about my family with the possibility of mold. So he contacted a 2nd company to come in to check it out Great job! Would highly recommend Josh to anybody, and will ask for him by name if any other plumbing issues arise.

Scott spent 3 hrs working through the plug. He covered the details of the services before, during and after the job was finished.

We had a clog in our drain under the concrete in our basement, and Joshua fixed it quickly and easily. He was super friendly, and will definitely call him when we need help again!

As with most plumbing problems I attempted a self repair- I gave up after 4 hours- started calling in help. Sunday is not an easy day to get a hold of anyone but the first couple of Companies I called promised they'd be out to help-- they didn't show up. I decided to give Mr. Rooter a call- they were on the up and up told me they'd be out Monday morning @ 8:00 am. Monday morning I rec'd a call from them telling me they were on the way- 8:00 am came and sure enough they were at my door. After attempting to resolve the impossible the diagnosis was my sewer line had collapsed. I've never seen a group of harder working individuals- they made this experience (that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy) into a situation that I could live with. Truly professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring help from people who actually care- which isn't common these days.

I called suspecting a clogged sewer line after we had some problems with our drains backing up. The plumber came within the hour, was very professional, diagnosed the problem (sewer line from the house to the city was backed up) and fixed it. Kept everything clean, was great with the dog and the kids, and the amount quoted was spot on. I didn't shop around for prices because I wanted the job done asap, and it was $500 to clean approx 80' of 4" pipe with the router. Scoped everything afterwards to confirm it was clear. Not sure if it was the best price, but couldn't ask for anything more professional.

He repaired a leaky wash machine hose. Was very polite, and worked quickly. Got me set up with a restoration company, which I really needed and the insurance were taking to long.

Scott showed up right on time, fixed the sewer back up problem and realized there was also a leak in my half bath toilet and fixed that too, all in under an hour. He was very professional and very efficient.
