I spent a lot of time online researching security companies in my area and found MHB. I was particularly impressed by the information resources and videos available on the MHB website. They offered many different system packages and seemed to give good value compared to their competitors. I contacted their office to set up an appointment and when Hamid came to discuss our needs, I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and advice. He had samples of the equipment so that you could see exactly what you were getting. He could answer every question we threw at him and gave us excellent advice and recommendations, so we signed up and 2 days later our system was installed by Alex. Totally impressed by the professionalism of the installation. I have total confidence that we are in good hands with MHB with Hamid and his team. I have also spoken with ADT and have been impressed with their response and service.

We moved from Oakville to a large home in the country about an hour and a half west of the GTA. Through a Google search I found MHB and they seemed the best value around. I met Hamid at the house and he was very professional and honest about the alarm system I needed. He discussed options with me and worked hard to get his price down to my budget without compromising my needs. We ended up with an upgraded ADT system with extra sensors in key areas and a multiple camera system all set up and configured by Alex (a knowledgeable and friendly installer). So far it's been running perfectly. Hamid is really amazing to work with. I'm impressed by the MHB experience so far. He has stayed true to his word every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with the process or the person. A true class act and 5 star experience.

Note: This service was done a couple of years ago; I just happened to see MHB listed here and though I would share our experience as it was not positive.

We contacted MHB to install an ADT system in our home a few years ago, they had miss installed the sensors and took some large short cuts in installing the main control panel. We had a number of false alarms and were never happy to see the control panel in the middle of the room. MHB would miss the appointments to fix the system. They had no idea on where to install the celluar back up or the sensor on the sump pump. Eventually ADT corporate came to our home to honour the warranty. They removed all of MHB's work and reinstalled a whole new system. ADT corporate had informed us they had received other complaints to them about MHB. All is good now

My ADT security was done by MHB Security Services Inc. I have three words to describe the service: professional, affordable, and fast. Hamid Baig - Ontario Sales Manager is confident and knowledgeable about services the company provides. Security system is easy to operate. I feel safe all the time: ever I am at home or away. I am very satisfied with the MHB.

I did alot of research into getting a GSM alarm system and talked with many alarm companies before settling with MHB. The deciding factor was value. MHB was able to provide the most number of alarm componets and lowest upfront costs. Hamid was great with answering my questions and providing honest advice. I'll be recommending them to any friends looking for an alarm system

System seems to working better than I thought. The sales person that came and met with us was really nice and informative. Some of custmoer service on the phone was not great. Received a call from someone about our account but when we called back with a reference number they could not find us on the system and did not know why we were calling.
