Note: This service was done a couple of years ago; I just happened to see MHB listed here and though I would share our experience as it was not positive. We contacted MHB to install an ADT system in our home a few years ago, they had miss installed the sensors and took some large short cuts in installing the main control panel. We had a number of false alarms and were never happy to see the control panel in the middle of the room. MHB would miss the appointments to fix the system. They had no idea on where to install the celluar back up or the sensor on the sump pump. Eventually ADT corporate came to our home to honour the warranty. They removed all of MHB's work and reinstalled a whole new system. ADT corporate had informed us they had received other complaints to them about MHB. All is good now

Hi, I have no idea why your review here mentioned things which you never mentioned to us after the installation. We always try to fix any issue as much as we can. Control panel some time needs to be closer to the phone line area this is why, we always inform customer for the location of the keypad before we install any thing. MHB Security gives you full warranty, only because of our warranty, ADT was able to fix or put new system for you for no extra charge to you. Electronic items can become bad. If you ever have any issues, Our Warranty always assure you that your system will be fixed for no charge to you. Thank you
