Very Professional Workers, Great Job and on time.
I scheduled an appointment they showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and delivered on it.

I called in for duct and carpet cleaning for my rental unit (completely messed up by the tenants). Adel was great he made sure he had all the information on the type of furnace prior to sending the crews over, explained how the work was going to be completed. The schedules were well coordinated.

Dino and Hugo came in for duct cleaning, just because they were 15 minutes early they didn’t simply pop by, they called to make sure I was ok with it, came in with a smile, very professional and courteous, they explained everything in detail, explained why they were using the particular method, asked me to check things out and made sure they left the place intact and clean.

Dalton came in for carpet cleaning, once again very professional and courteous, he did a quick inspection of the carpet told me exactly what he was doing, just because I was curious he even explained the entire process to me, he was fantastic got all the stains out of this carpet (boy had the tenants done a number on it or what).

The cost was exactly what was quoted to me, no surprises.

I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will definitely use their services going forward no doubt about it. 10 out of 10.

I was pleased when I was notified that they would arrive a half-hour later than the 11:00 appointment. When they arrived, they were professional and courteous. They explained how everything would be done and how long it would take. Thank-you to Rafael and Daltony, you did a great job! I appreciate the extra care given to the minor repairs to the ductwork. I had the carpets cleaned for both mine and my parent's house. They did an amazing job!! The cleaners were punctual, professional and very friendly. Adel (the owner) answers the phones and does the bookings - he is a very pleasant person to talk to. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

This is my second time using 416soclean. From my first contact with the receptionist to the cleaning crew it was amazing. Mathew and Kaayla showed up when they said they would be there. They protected my hardwood floors and were pleasant and open. The work they did was amazing. My carpets and upholstery look like new.

Before they left Mathew and I did a walk around to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. I will use them for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

We have used 416SOCLEAN in the past for both our basement wall to wall carpeting, and various area rugs. When I called about a pet stain on the area rug they had cleaned for us last year, they made time for us the following day and spot treated the stain free of charge. Very friendly, polite staff, great service...highly recommended.

Great service from a very professional team. Arrived as scheduled and was very informative and respectful of my home during the whole process. May cost more than other companies such as those on Groupon, however you get what you pay for in those. Even for a first time homeowner in myself, I still felt the peace of mind was worth the additional cost. Would absolutely recommend to anyone as with 416-SO-CLEAN; the job will be done right the first time.

We chose this company based on the glowing reviews on HomeStars and were not disappointed. Their "Fabric Care Specialist" Mathew arrived as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning of a 3 seat sofa and chair as well as carpets in living/dining room, bedroom and hall runner. The runner was quite soiled and required extra attention. The result is quite amazing and it almost looks new again.
