We chose this company based on the glowing reviews on HomeStars and were not disappointed. Their "Fabric Care Specialist" Mathew arrived as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning of a 3 seat sofa and chair as well as carpets in living/dining room, bedroom and hall runner. The runner was quite soiled and required extra attention. The result is quite amazing and it almost looks new again.
