SO-CLEAN

There was spilled stewed rhubarb on our wall-to-wall carpet. Jorge and Melian were able to get all of the spill out, as well as a lot of other dirty spots. The carpet looks amazing! Thank you for doing such a thorough job.

I AM A DISABLED SENIOR WHO HAS A SMALL DOG AND NEEDED MY AREA RUGS CLEANED AND STAIRS AND LANDING BROADLOOM. I NEEDED A SPECIAL CLEANER FOR PETS AND FLORIAN AND JORGE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF WORKING ON STAINS AND SMELLS ETC. THEY WERE SO NICE AND ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE I NEEDED THEY WOULD PUT THINGS BACK FOR ME. THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR THEM WHEN YOU REQUEST A QUOTE FROM SO-CLEAN. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND WILL AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

The SO-CLEAN team showed up on time and did a wonderful job cleaning all the carpets. They were very professional and left everything neat and tidy. I would use the again, for sure!

I was looking for a company who could tackle some tough stains, as there were quite a lot of blood on our white carpet from an accident. Luckily SO-CLEAN was able to come out quickly, and the crew worked diligently getting out the stains. I am using So-Clean to clean carpets and air ducts at my home for the very first time after reading glowing reviews on HomeStars. Now that I have seen their work firsthand, I can say without hesitation that it wont be the last.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I run out of superlatives to describe their customer focus. They always kept me in the loop in a timely manner either by email or by phone. Everything from price quotes, scheduling, work crew ETA and invoicing was done expeditiously. The two work crews they sent were polite, respectful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.

AIR DUCT CLEANING: Jahmiah and Yousef did a wonderful job. My air ducts have never looked cleaner after Jahmiah showed me the before and after photos.

CARPET CLEANING: From the get-go Daniel and Viviana put down drop sheets in all their foot traffic areas to protect the floor. They also wore shoe covers while they were in the house. Daniel also explained how he would tackle some of the stubborn stains he spotted. They were very thorough in their approach, and I am very satisfied with the result.
