We hired Barbara to not only stage our condo but also to manage some small renovations that were required to get our condo ready for sale.
She recommended and managed all aspects of the trades and really took the pressure off. We had a really tight deadline and budget and she maintained both!
The end result was nothing short of fantastic. Our condo sold within a few days of listing at 100% asking price! There is no doubt that her services were a smart investment that got us a significant return.
