I called 4, top rated roofers. Two took 2 days to return the call. Professional Roofers and one other responded the same day, however, the other company was slow in providing a formal quotation. Professional Roofers patched the leak to prevent further damage until the new shingles could be installed. Much to my surprise, they showed up on the exact day specified and finished the job.

Sebastian was very responsive to my questions.

Within the next couple of years they will be getting my business for new eavestroughing.

This is how I like to do business.

we wanted to do our roof before selling our house, its a 4 house townhouse. So we were called back by someone called Diego. he asked on phone what was the color of the roof, because i did not know, he said take a photo and send me. i texted him the photo and told him to make sure that the color matches as it a 4 house townhouse. he came to my house to make me sign the contract. as a good salesman, he recommended to take the premium shingles as there there is life time guarantee. Even though i am selling my house, as a proud home owner i decided to take the offer and pay more to get the premium . i paid 3,450$ for the roof, again he was advised to make sure that the colour match. He saw the colour. The roofers came on d day and start to work on the roof. they completed the job and a quality controller even spoke to my wife advising he is going on the roof to check the work done and they left. When i came home after work in the afternoon to my big amazement... the color does not match! just by placing the 1st shingle, it was obvious the color did not match, then why did they continue! my wife was home, NO ONE advise the colour is not right. even the supposedly quality controller never mentioned this discrepancy. Immediately, I emailed the photo to diego asking him to rectify this as the condo management will not accept this color as it was too obvious. he said its ok, he will speak to the condo management himself and asked me for address to go meet them in person.
i received several registered legal letters from the condo management to change the roof colour asap. i had to call Diego several times, he never pick up his phone and if he did, he would said, i will call back and hang up and never calls back. this became an urgent issue as i had sold the house in that week and the seller was going to walk out if the issue was not address immediately. i called the professional roofers office to speak to a supervisor or manager. after several calls, my wife called and got to speak to a supervisor (rude) and she told my wife i have 3 other people waiting here, i will have to call you back and never did. so we called again and got to speak to a supposedly manager named Oscar. after reviewing the contract and speaking to diego on other line, he said its YOUR fault, you signed contract for premium shingles which is different color! he said if you want to redo your roof, someone is going to pay for this. my wife was telling him but we never asked to change the colour. He said its in your contract, if you want to redo the roof you will have to pay again and ill make discount to pay 2,600$!!! that was unbelievable! my wife told him we will not pay and that we will get our lawyer and Oscar voice tone changed and he said, don`t threaten me with legal matter, i too know lawyer, it will take you years to get what you are asking! wow !
my wife broke down she could not believe it, then to soften the matter, Oscar said let me put u on hold and see what we can do here. he came back saying the roof has to be done and someone has to pay it, so this is the deal i have for you, you pay half of $2,600 in CASH. no new or other contract will be issued. i had to accept as the selling date on my house has been confirmed. they came, did the roof with right colour and took $1300 in cash, no receipt from them! The supervisor who took the cash said we dont issue a receipt, may be in 3 or 4 days you will get a paperwork, which i never did, i had to draft a receipt stating i am paying professional roofer $1,300 in cash. the only mistake i did was to read all the 5* reviews on Professional Roofers! beware dont make same mistake always read the 1* also, they dont deserve even a 1*!!!

Professional Roofers recently installed a roof on our home. Sebastian, our account executive, was consultative in his approach and guided us to what I believe were the right decisions on the project. The crew could not have been any better. At all times they were, contentious, extremely hard working, and considerate. Following the project they made sure the area was neat and clean. Highly recommended.

This company replaced my neighbours roof and were a nightmare to me, they dragged old shingles across my new roof, walked and dragged equipment over my roof, broke most of my Christmas lights. Left nails all over my property. Yes that is correct this company never did my roof but was all over my property and damage my property. The workers were rude, to my son and myself. I have made numerous attempts to have this company come and clean up nails and replace my lights since they had no permission to even be on my roof - its the least they could do however they do not respond. so, if you are a good neighbor PLEASE do not hire this company, your neighbors will hate you

update - sorry for the delay, this company finally replied to my numerous phone calls and emails over several months and paid for the price to replace the property that was damaged

I was extremely impressed with this company. They responded to my post immediately and the woman I spoke to was extremely polite and friendly. Diego, the estimator, came to do an estimate quickly. He was informative, friendly and helpful. I will probably wait to replace the roof until next year but the whole experience was exceptional. I recommend this company strongly. Thanks, Diego!

The installation of a new roof for my home went smoothly. They were done in a day. Clean up was good but there were still lots of nails found after the job. I asked them to come again to use the magnet to pick up the many nails left behind but unfortunately they did not respond once the job was paid in full.

As a woman I feel like I always have to do extra homework when dealing with the home upgrading industry to ensure I'm not taken advantage of. So when I was ready to replace my roof I contacted numerous companies. Professional Roofers was one of a handful of companies I contacted. I immediately felt comfortable with Sebastian. The name says it all, these guys are pros! Met with Sebastian who promptly provided detailed/competitive quote and was quick to respond to correspondence and answered all my questions. The job started on time at the agreed upon date and the installers worked several long days in less than ideal weather conditions. Installers were great and cleaned up after each day and were very polite, true craftsmen at what they do. I would defiantly recommend the team at professional roofers and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Couldn't be happier with the work these guys did. A+++ start to finish.
